Toli Pir is a hilltop meadow area near Rawalakot in Azad Kashmir's Poonch District, at roughly 9,000ft elevation. On a clear day, views stretch to Abbaspur, Bagh, and the Poonch River, making it a favorite summer escape drawing thousands of visitors each year.
