Takht-i-Bahi is an Indo-Parthian archaeological site near Mardan, containing the ruins of an ancient Buddhist monastery considered among the most important surviving relics of Buddhism from the Gandhara civilization. It has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1980.
